Hey look everyone in the Map Catagory try to make an "City" And I think on City should work few pro mappers so I offer somone will start with the positions with us and help us so lets start and somone will make a road / bridge / tunnel to new city and other mappers will help and than we'll make the RP'st city ever !


Who with me ? Each one make and post the positions from start than other one continue... Why not huh ?

I would suggest making everything from scratch inside Cinema 4D, Roads etc. If you wan't the best looking map which people would want then go for that.
Only problem is that you need to have the objects client sided, and I doubt the custom objects for sa-mp isn't unlimited.

SA-MP needs to increase the limits on these custom objects here, I'm sure they can manipulate some codes so custom object can be lifted.
