how do i get rid of little shameless behavior in the past: i just saw it when i was in user cp ? how do i get rid of it do i have to get positive rep i cant remember how/what i did to get it

If you mean negative rep, then you can't get rid of it. People gave you that rep for a reason, if you did something stupid to earn it then that's your fault. All you can do is move on and hope that people will recognise your new and improved behaviour. Earn your rep, don't ask for it.

First off , People think you haven't done so well or they think they should disapprove you and they Disapproved you and the only thing you can do by gaining +REP again is by helping people out

OT: Your reputation is mainly based on your actions around here, you do good or act properly you get green apples (which are more sweeter then the red ones), you do bad or act stupid you get the red ones.

And please use search, this question has been asked many a times, and plus, it's the internet - full of reverse pyschology - you ask for -rep, you get rep (quite funny, I saw one case) and you ask for rep, you get the negative version of it.
