Does anybody know a list of good quality server host with a free MySql that uses windows operating system and not (CentOS) linux and that also accepts all plugins I am in need of one. I tried KingJ but they don't have the requirement for my plugins.

Do they have mysql? and do they accept plugins? How about their useinterface how is that?

Only privately,because it is not allowed to advertise them.
But it is kinda hard and also expensive to use a non-linux server such as windows,if thats what you are looking for.
