When i wanted to set my level as Owner using /cs access #LOSTGCNR add Nor15 9999

it says [ -ChangeServ- Channel #LOSTGCNR isn't registed ]

So how how can i make it Registed ??

Check their website, try typing /help in the IRC chat, there should be some help text popping up.
You need to ask them anyways, since it's not a scripted thing..

Make sure you're not typing: /ns register #LOSTGCNR password description. You should type the command i put above.

Use /list to find the help channel for that network. Someone in there may be able to help you.

You need to register a nickname first.

/ns register [pass] [email]

Then identify, with:

/ns identify [pass]

This needs to be done whilst you are using your registered nickname.

It also can vary across servers, but i'd recommend you use irc.focogaming

Also, you should get mIRC. It's better than usin mibbit. Anyway, once you've got your nickname registered and identified, go to the channel you wish to Register. It shouldn't be registered already. Type in:

/cs register [chan] [description]

I'm not certain of the exact command, but you should figure it out. If by chance you are on Foco gaming, try visit #help or #operhelp. There is support there offered by the testers.
