I recently installed GTA SA on my Mac. The singleplayer works fine but when I try to run to run Samp, I get an error. The error is 0x00746929. When I researched the error, people were saying something of it having with a gta_sa.set file, but when I go to delete this file it isn't even there. What do I do?

If I was to just outright buy the game on Steam, is there a way to get SAMP running on Mac then?

What's the version of your GTA SA?
You need version 1.0, and I read somewhere the downgrader has problems sometimes on mac.

When I installed the game it told me that it was version 1.0.

Maybe you can verify the error somewhere, as you may know, the gta_sa.set file holds the gta sa settings, which should be automatically created when you run singleplayer..
