I don't know very well but I've search and all theards says the same, I think NPC's on Linux (CentOS 6 on my host) doesn't connect, doesn't works, even on server_log.txt appears that there is a incomming conection. Nothing, nothing, I think this is a bug, I don't know.
On Windows it works (on my PC) but not in Linux :S
I have all OK, the npcmodes, the recordings, the maxnpc, all!
Please, help me!
