i can't spawn if i change this...

Enable it after you've spawned.
And disabled it when you're just about to spawn.

So in other way you can't.

If you don't want to show what's on the radar, you can try to create a huge black gangzone which hides the whole map.

Or disable it in your display menu under Maps and Blips.

This will only work for your own client of course.
