I would just ask if it was possible to send emails from outside and in so you could create some kind of chat so when you sended a email to a specific emailadress then it forwarded it the text direct into the server
Email chat on server? So you send a email to a forwarded email that send the message in the sa-mp server

Hmmm... Yeah you can call it that. I mean so you send a email to this email account and then the account send the message to the server so players can see it
