When I'm joining a server and then I 'quiting' I can't reconnect to any server.

What I tryed to do:

1) Reinstall GTA SA
2) Reinstall SAMP

Btw: I'm using 0.3X

This happens when the gta_sa settings file becomes damaged.

Delete the gta_sa.set file in My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\

Start single player and configure your game settings again. You can quit single player after this and SA-MP should work again.

Kalcor, thankyou for your reply but that didn't work to.

Btw, I can't quit gta_sa.exe in task manager, it won't close anytime.. Only when I restart the computer..

Use "End process" in task manager. It will force-close the process. Try renaming your GTA folder (worked for me many times when my SAMP didn't work) and make sure your client is the same version with the server. Your crash log says 0.3e but you said 0.3x

Remove your game from your PC & Your GTA_SA Documents.

Try it now.

The game running but when I'm quiting it won't close anymore, full gta_sa.exe won't close. This is to @ singleplayer.. :S
