Ok, so in my server, we have parking meters mapped all around the city. Now when you ram them, you end up getting money from them. Is there a way i can script that out? If so, then how?

Sometimes the money you see you get is not real, have you tried purchasing something with the money?

Add invisable objects around it so it wont break
