when the server restarts houses are not loading wtf

How to use that stock function to load houses

Have you created these directories?

FHouse/Houses/
etc.

CaptianJohn, Please read his description better. He says he has them working but after he gmx / restarts they don't load. Now is this a filterscript if yes, then filterscripts don't reload on gmx. You need to manually reload them using rcon

/rcon reloadfs NAME_OF_FS

Or just restart the server...

GMX just restarts the gamemode.
