После рестарта сервера. Появляется что-то типо

Сервер стоит на выделенном сервер. Подскажите решение

Вытащено из архива ****** одного сайта:
"This was actually caused by a missing scriptfiles directory (or the directory was not writeable).
So take care in your scripts if an fopen really gives you a vaild file pointer and handle the situation if it does not!"

"Это вызвано отсутствующей папкой scriptfiles (или права на запись в папке отсутствуют).
Так что позаботьтесь, что в Ваших скриптах функция fopen возвращает верный ID."
