The title explains most of it, Now, I'm no pro to scripting, I'm posting this on behalf of my server scripter.

Basically he was going to remove something in the script but he said if he does that we can't ban or kick people.

So what i'm asking is,
How do I remove the UN-RP name kicker thing from the script when still able to ban/kick people after it?

Because we get a lot of weird names like: Bing_Jong and in my mind thats RP but the auto kicker kicks it before i can offer it an /nrn, If anybody can tell me how to remove the auto-kicker, It would be well appreciated.

You could try looking for it under OnPlayerConnect, head into pawno and hold ctrl+f and type in OnPlayerConnect, have a look around it and you'll find it.

Look either around:
OnPlayerConnect
or
OnPlayerSpawn

Look at OnPlayerConnect and remove the kick command.
