I need someone to install SMF themes for me or show me how please i would appreciate it

Go to theme's and layout option at the bottom you will see a browse them upload the theme from your computer and reset the theme to the current installed one.

I think that option has been disable months ago cause i have using .smffy from 2 year.but chould'nt do that .
