I Recommend you to create free web hosting account, example in 000Webhost. With free web hosting account you can select shorter domain name like web46.com. It's always random.

Agree. Just use a free hosting service and then host a forum on it. By that way, you can get alot of awesome features that you may not get from free forum hosting.
