Post the log output you get when you start the server (server_log.txt)
you probably need to update the streamer plugin, which you'll find in the Plugin forum here.

I think its beacuse i need to Upgrade the script but i don't know how to update it from 0.3d to 0.3e

If you gamemode name contains: © or ™ or something like that, this will not work. Try to upgrade your server to 0.3e, and update your gamemode to 0.3e, and try agin.
