Any sa-mp mods?'cos Fraps has no work with sa-mp.

Try to change fps limit in fraps or in samp with /fpslimit

Mine also same problem ,
Sometimes my SAMP become slow and its fps is too worst when i on fraps , when i off the fraps in restore it .
