hello everyone
i started my server with a GM from the forum
but the problem is i'm getting ban everytime
and other mods showing me Server restarting and the server is start
IP : 37.153.96.241:7777 (not advertising)

Try hosting it on localhost, then connecting to there.

Please post your server log. It sounds like a gamemode problem, so you should really post this in the topic where you downloaded it.

If I'm right, you are using outdated server version: SA-MP v0.3a R4? Have you tried your server with SA-MP server v0.3e R2? It's more stable.
EDIT: please check your BAN logs and see what you can see in it.

I guess you put your IP on ban logs.

Check out the file samp.ban and delete all lines that are there .
else
Go on your gamemode (Ultimate Trucking , as i see in the screenshots)
and then paste your OnPlayerConnect here
