I've searched a lot of host providers of samp servers, but none of them had support to moneybookers, and I can only pay with moneybookers.
I'll +rep who can suggest me a good host provider that supports moneybookers.

most samp hosting providers nowadays use paypal or credit cards, you will not be able to buy a host from a website only PAYPAL or CREDIT CARDS
