I've seen some posts saying that you can create user control panel using y_ini. Does anyone know how to do that?

In a server, it's able to create UserCP using y_ini for saving, tables/rows/dialogs/textdraw to give it a UserCP feeling. Btw, are you talking about web UserCP using y_ini?

Web UCP requires usage of PHP and MYSQL rather than y_ini.
