Hi, In this case i just want some codes explained,
1. What is the difference between SendClientMessage and SendClientMessageEx?
2.What does it actually mean by Dynamic such as i saw two things Create3DTextLabel and CreateDynamic3DTextLabel?

1. SendClientMessageEx is not a native sa-mp function. Meaning it's not a function that came with sa-mp. It's a custom function and it's impossible to tell without seeing the code.

2. CreateDynamic3DTextLabel is a function that comes with the most popular sa-mp streamer available here. It allows you to efficiently place thousands of objects, checkpoints, textlabels, etc.
