Well i have a hosted server hosted at hostingtime.de you know i think
and i created a file on WebFTP called Plugins
i puted all the plugins with FTP and from the site but i got this fucking message on log

Linux needs '.so' plugins and '.so' at the end of each plugin @ plugin line.

create file called

plugins (not capital P everything in small letters)

If its linux then put .so at end of plugin and make sure you have Linux plugins

Better use FileZilla to upload files and etc to FTP

Use .so if it's Linux.
And also, plugins folder must be along with the server package(i.e: The folder must be where Gamemodes, Filterscripts such folders are present)

And in server.cfg, add .so also on plugins.
