So, My GTA was loud and I was on a skype call, My laptop crashed so obviously the skype call ended.
I turned my laptop back on and my GTA SA was really quiet, I have turned all the Audio Setting up and was wondering why it's so quiet still?
Anyone help i'll rep you please.

Have you tried re-installing GTA again? That might fix it. Otherwise check if everything else works to make sure it has nothing to do with your PC.

Just restart your PC and all will work fine.
If it's still not coming, you can try reinstalling gta sa.

Check the volume settings in "Open Volume Mixer" when right clicking on the speaker in the bottom right of your screen (presuming you have windows). Check the levels of skype which could be affecting your GTA SA Volumes

Umm.. Listen Check any SOUND like Play any music or anything related to OUT sound, If it works then you re-install GTA SA, Or else Go in GTA:SA Sound setting and Try Editting thier.

Press ESC while ingame, then go to settings>audio

When you're in a Skype call it lowers the volumes of other programs.
