I plan to host 5 or 7 servers on my VPS in USA for people .So how much slots should i set for each server? 15 or 20 ?
and which FTP server should i use? I have a Linux VPS.

Spec are good enough..Just suggest me a good FTP server to use and i am planning to give 15 or 20 slot per server.

Pick the servers you host by hand, or stupid server owners will provoke attacks like hell, and youll have to close soon. All those "register and instantly get a server" hosters that were around never survived much longer than 1 month.
20 is a good number imo, just about a third of the servers i hosted ever was close to (or above) 20 players, the others will be happy with even less slots. Also make sure they compile their script for 20 players, and not for MAX_PLAYERS 500 as that would be a giant waste.
