I can't delete GTA SA, my GTA SA is completely removed, i've even removed it with Revo uninstaller Pro after. Now when i pop my CD disk in it says i can either play GTA SA while i have no files or anything, but when i hit on Uninstal it gives me the Ctor.dll error. I've also tried looking for the GTA SA registry in "regedit" but i can't find it. I have no idea what to do now.

Ctor.dll is part of Installshield. By the sound of it you didnt uninstall properly, you deleted. The uninstall files remaining wont work now as you've removed all the files they relate to.

Easiest way to fix is probably to install again then uninstall PROPERLY if you want rid of it.

To install it run the setup.exe directly from the disc, not the installer

Wow, i didn't think of that, that's stupid. Anyways thanks it's installing now!
