Hi guys. So I map for my server, but it's like a playerbase of 0/100 lately so I've decided to release a bit of mapping I've done for it. It's a man made island based just off Bayside. It's just got 4 houses on it but it's nice for servers set in Bayside as it adds more properties to the area. There's a bit of detail around the houses but you can't see from the screenshot. Doesn't take much to put it into a filterscript and test it anyway to look around. Enjoy!
