encode_panels (and so) in a different way

Hi,

I am looking for these functions, just in different way, like encode_panels, encode_doors, encode_tires etc. to check which vehicles' elements are destroyed.

encode_panels(flp, frp, rlp, rrp, windshield, front_bumper, rear_bumper)
