Why the rar name is Carname BY VINCENT.rar?

Only 5kb , Even though thats probably what size it would be if it was car names. Caution it maybe a virus considering hes only got 2 posts

My first post was a Filterscript and i think it doesnt have any virus

guys its not a virus! if it was one then i wouldnt post it!.
and its in a rar! so just unzip it and it will be a little bit bigger maybe 2kb or something but it works! it is also if you open a little file but it works at each car you enter
