I took off my XAMPP install I run it

apache mysql and apache after 10 seconds goes off ..
I have Skype, and other crap MSN,XFIRE,TeamViver.......

Apache is already running somewhere. Turn Skype off and restart your computer, then try again.

Close skype, or set in your options of skype that you are not going to use port 80.
