I don't see a problem in the server log, have you double checked that your RCON password isn't changeme? Are you using a gamemode? Is it set in your configuration file?

As silent food has said, make sure your RCON password is something but not 'changeme'

also make sure that your gamemode in the config is the exact file name of your gamemode without SMX on the end

Oh and make sure the gamemode is actually in the 'gamemodes' folder.
Make sure its compiled to, so if your gamemode is called 'grandlarc' you should have a file 'grandlarc.smx' in the gamemodes folder

Post your full server log ? and post the Server.cfg make sure you are using any game mode.

Yeah, post server.cfg, because in the Serverlog i see not a Problem, that the Server wont start.
