Well i jsut brought a server from volt host. I uploaded 0.3e plugins and all..

You sure, you use assigned port to your account?

I dont believe volthost have port 7777 really available.

You're sure that you are connecting to the right IP?
You should blur your RCON password by the way, people can ruin your server if they got the RCON password.
