Well I know, this most likely will be ingored or is already talked about this, but I will try.
Could it be possible to make extra callback to control all incoming.
After such log:
I came across a question, once samp server can log such IPs, why we cant decide what to do with them.
If samp server could let us receive these IPs, we could use HTTP or even some smarter functions to send that IP to Firewall ( on VPS for example )
Or
that in server.cfg you can adjust how many connections per IP is allowed.
