Have you ever been able to hit a player from a superlong distange where you normally whouldn't take any damage? I reckon most of you have.
This most often happens to pump shotgun, spas, m4, ak, rifle.
For those who don't know what I mean there is a video where I am hitting players for a very long distance by spas:

(It is extremly dark because it records GTA's default brightness but I play on the brightest settings.)
Range I am talking about from 1:45, 2:41, 3:48.
Or another time I remember a situation when I using rifle wasn't able to hit M4er/AK47er (he was not moving crouched down, I am sure I didn't miss him) even through rifle should have longer range than m4 or ak.
This is quite unwanted for deathmatchers because they can't be sure whether they will get hit for example from an opponent using shotgun and standing farer than is its normal range.
And has anyone figured out what causes it?
