Correct me if i'm wrong but that's no mibbit bug, you have been network banned. Did you use the name bot? You will need to appeal else where (mibbit forums maybe) or deal with the ban and try not to get banned again.
By the way, try using xchat or mirc instead of mibbit they are so much better.
