Which one makes you a better scripter? Downloading something and adding it, possibly wondering why it has so many errors, and not being able to fix or customize it to your liking, OR making your own, understanding every bit of it, and if problems occur, you then can post it in scripting help for some positive and helpful responses.

SQLite is native, which means it is already installed in SA-MP, use these functions to use it in a script. To read/write SQLite files, you need a database editor.
