Hello its me again and have same problem as this https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=327280. I have created the path folder but when i register it doesnt save thats why its says incorect password.

Are you sure the user path folder is created? ((i.g. you make the userpath scriptfiles/users/%s.ini, meaning you need to create a users folder in the scriptfiles folder so that it actually creates the file))

Plus, not sure why it wouldn't work, I followed the tutorial before and it worked fine.
