Hey guys in my samp 0.3e when i try to connect to any server it goes to that loading samp screen but when its going near the end it come to desktop

Yes check again if you have really the 0.3e Version.

Try with re-install, Sa-mp and Gta..

It could be because of too many mod downloads and too many pic's in the GTA-Sanandreas-User-Files;
