My SAMP version is 0.3e. The problem is when I log in I can see the SAMP logo the game loads and after that it kicks me (the application closes). Videcard drivers are the latest. My OS is Windows XP (x32).

any admin system u r using : if yes so remove it and test again

Are you using any mods?
Have you tried running the game as administrator?
Have you tried deleting My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\gta_sa.set?
