Hi, anyone know how to add effect to images? Like shaking effect, moving background, etc. Thank you.

Yeah, but most of it uses Flash which need to do some coding and stuff. Any simple method?

You can use online Image Editors - They are Much , Search on ****** for "Online Image Editor"

Yeah, a program to make effects on my pictures. Just like my forum header.

You can use gimp or photoshop (or other programs) then do the animation frame by frame

I actually going to college this July and I choose Graphic Design course, that's why I was asking. Just want to do some practice.
