Hi , i have an error from about 6-7 mounth's when on our server added the radio plugin.. You see the video down...
The problem is only on me.. not on others players ...
What I tried:
1. I have a verry fast Network so can't be the latency
2. I try to listen stations from my browser or winamp and it's no problem
3. I try to reinstall all audio drivers and windows and there is no problem with them..
4. I deactivated the firewall..
5. I reinstall the framework and the audio plugin and still have problems

Check your audio setting in GTA, maybe something is muted something, also check to make sure other audio in the game works. If that's not it PM and I'll try to help you through Skype or Teamviewer.
