Yeaah.. This problem started to appear today, when upgraded to SAMP 0.3e. The crash appears when I try to connect a server, (Double click server, then click Connect = crash). When I had 0.3d It worked fine. And no, I don't have any mods. I can try downgrading to 0.3d and check if it works.

Your error code seems to be similar to one of the exception addresses on the thread, I suppose the right solution for you is:
