Where can i find the beta tester of SAMP Forum?

i tried to try irc.sa-mp.com but that doesn't work

You can join IRC at irc.foco.co (co, not com) but you shouldn't bother the beta testers if it is a question that can be answered by regular SA-MP community members.

Use port 6667, not 80

You need to connect with the IRC port, which is 6667 not the apache port which is 80.

You need to have a IRC client either web or a downloaded one to connect.

If you dont wanna download a irc client, go to mibbit.com and connect that way.
