I'm unable to connect to my Server when it is turned on, I've tried Localhost and hamachi, please help?

sometimes if you are working on a router your local ip will not work like 127.0.0.1 wont connect you. and you have to use your assigned IP address from the router. something like 192.168.0.100 or something(depends on your router)

OT: It should give you a request to allow the firewall exception, if so..accept it, that's the only way it will show.
