Could someone give me a tutorial on how to send a player to a certain place for a certain time then teleport them back to another place when the time has run out. Also that they spawn in the prison if they die. This is for a /ajail command, only admins can use.

You have been asking for a 'how-to' on every feature you have tried to script.
Sounds to me like you have been indirectly having the sa-mp community write your gamemode for you.
There's a section for that.
