CPU: Intel Core i7-950 3.4(3.8 with turboboost xD)
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 5970 ( Gonna sell it and get 6990 )
RAM: 8GB RAM DDR3

If you have mods installed and you've back-upped your gta3.img when it was clean, put that in. If you don't have skin mods or whatever, but you use CLEO, try to get a no-cd crack and even patch your GTA SA to the v1.0 version with a third party program.
