I made a rob command but what you suggest me when the player you wanna rob has no money?

Well do you mean pickpocket or rob. If it is pickpocket the player have a change off seeing that he is getting pickpocket like 50% change or something. And when you rob and the player doesnt have anything then nothing you just have to run away.

Send a message to the player saying they have no money, so make it say that you "jumped" him and make him loose 25/50 health. So if it doesn't kill him, it hurts him bad.

Well that's why they lose health points, because no one would RP it..
