In the Volt-Host panel dashboard, look for FTP. Create a FTP account and note the FTP details of your account on the right panel of the page.

Use a FTP client (like FileZilla) & connect to your server using the FTP details.
Upload the GM files(scriptfiles, gamemode, filterscripts, npcmodes, etc) to the server.

Then, you should be able start the game from the panel.

volt-host has their own file upload option, you don't need an ftp client if you don't know how to use it, just go to "file manager" in your server menu.
