Looking for some Suggestions

I was looking for some suggestions for my drug and weapon systems. I don't want to have my server be like all the other servers out there in a way that things are done differently. Please provide some useful suggestions. I thank you in advance.

Drug System

I have my custom drug system done on my server except for the affects of doing the drug. The three drugs that I have on my server are weed, crack, and meth. What are the affects that these drugs should give? Also from the drug system there is no way to create drugs. What would be a good unique way that one person could make/obtain drugs? Please be specific.

Weapon System

Also I have a custom weapon system. It lacks the production of weapons. What is a good unique way I could make players get weapons? Please be specific.

If you are scripting with 0.3e, why don't you make a little GUI for the drug system using textdraws with OnPlayerClickTextDraw. That would be unique.

I didn't want to go to 0.3e yet since I didn't want to have people update their clients to player my server. This also would kill my playerbase I don't have anybody really... It is saddening. But thanks for the suggestion I would do it.

Well, you should script it anyways, so when the full version of 0.3e is finished, you can use the script. As he said, that suggestion would be unique.

Otherwise, pot gives health while crack gives armor on other servers, but this is what all servers have. I'd like to see a cool effect on their screen when that happens, but that all depends on the level of roleplay.

As for the weapon system, I'd love to see a clickable textdraw that allows you to buy weapons (0.3e) or a dialog where you can buy weapons (0.3d) at an ammunition interior. Of course, you could always have an Arms Dealer job like all servers do, but you're probably going to want a unique script without similar features.
