Short stupid question, If I had 9 euros on paypal and wanted to have my server on hosted tab would I still need to add a credit card or would it accept the balance?

You don't need a credit card attached to your paypal to purchase for hosted list. <- I hope that is what you meant.
Source: I don't have a credit card or debit card linked to my PayPal, and I bought hosted list before.

If you had exactly €9,00, it would. Because someone has to pay the fee, and in this case it would ask you for a credit card details. Add few euros more, and it shouldn't ask you anymore!

lol, you can add your bank account not your credit card.
Why people always say it will the money out from your 'credit card'
It does not have to be a credit card.
