Hi, I know there's a function to make the player's screen like in the cut-scenes in the single-player, with the screen cutted in the bottom and in the above. What's the name of it? How to do this?

No, there is another way to do this. It's a kind of function that simply
turns the screen into a cut-scene screen.

There is no such function in SAMP without using Textdraws.

The function was probably an include or function made by someone using textdraws.
